Conditions
Bed, bath and kitchen towels are included as well as related costs such as electricity, water, heating, W-LAN! Pets are not allowed.
Terms of payment
Approx. 50% of the total price at contract conclusion, balance about 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation
After conclusion of the lease the lessee may withdraw from the agreement at any time, subject to the following conditions:

After conclusion of the lease the lessee may withdraw from the agreement at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- up to 60 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
- 59 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the rent
- 29 to 0 days prior to arrival, no-shows: 100% of the rent
Payment method
- by bank transfer in CHF or EUR to my bank account at Zürcher Kantonalbank, Zurich
Availability
The arrival usually takes place on Saturday. Exceptions are possible; please make a request. The minimum rental period is a week during the high season otherwise 5 days.
